How To Switch Between Start Screen And Start Menu Of Windows 10
Start Screen In Windows 10: Microsoft has added many features and also removed some features from the older version of Windows and launched its latest Windows 10 operating system. After watching Windows 10 start menu, people are confused that the Microsoft has removed the start screen (As that of Windows 8/8.1) and replaced it with the Start Menu.But let me tell you that, Start Screen is still exists in Windows 10. But when you do a first time install (fresh install) of Windows 10, the new start menu is enabled by default. You need to manually enable that start screen for Windows 10 by disabling the active start menu.
How To Enable Start Screen Of Windows 10 By Disabling Start Menu
Enable Start Screen In Windows 10: Process will show you how to activate the old start screen for Windows 10 by disable the default new start menu. Just follow the steps and switch between start menu and start screen in Windows 10.1. Right click of mouse on an empty space of "Taskbar" and Choose "Properties".
Or Type navigation on Start menu search box and choose "Navigation Properties".
2. Navigate to "Start Menu" tab on the open Window.
3. You will get an option "Use the Start menu instead of the Start screen".
4. Just Uncheck that option to enable the Start Screen in Windows 10.
5. Click on "Apply". It will show you a warning message as "Before we change Start, make sure you save your work. We'll need to close any open apps or windows and then sign out to change setting. Then sign back in and start will be ready for you."
6. Click on "Sign Out And Change Setting".
7. Windows will shut down. Just login again and enjoy the start screen of Windows 10.
Note: To get back the start menu, just enable the option on step 4.
